All submissions will be peer-reviewed by technical committees of the conference. All accepted papers of ICMSCT2024 after registration will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus, Inspec, CPCI, DOAJ, Crossref and Google Scholar for indexing. Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in EI or SCI Journal.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

If you're NOT expecting any publication of your paper, it's acceptable to submit just your abstract to the conference for oral presentation, which will be sent to at least two technical committees for a brief review.
